Compliance Staff (Entry-Level)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Staff to assist in ensuring that company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures are properly followed. The role involves monitoring documents, maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and supporting compliance-related activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring company compliance with internal policies and government regulations
Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance-related documents and records
Coordinate with different departments regarding compliance requirements and deadlines
Help process permits, licenses, and government-mandated documents
Conduct document checking and ensure completeness and accuracy of records
Assist during internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Monitor validity and renewal schedules of permits and certifications
Prepare reports and compliance updates as required by management
Ensure confidentiality of company information and records
Perform other administrative and compliance-related tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, Political Science, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of government regulations and documentation processes
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
