Encoder
The Encoder is responsible for encoding accurate data entries, verifying information, and contracts. He/she assists in producing documents generated by the accounting department pertaining to accounting record documents, customer information, production orders and sales contracts. He/she is experienced in using SAP or other specialized software at work.
• Receive, verify, and encode detailed information in the system or documents.
• Verify all information for entry are accurate.
• Ensure all supporting documents for each type of transaction is complete and in order.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding document requirements.
Qualifications
• Preferably graduate of a four-year university degree.
• Keen attention to details and organized.
• With previous encoding work a plus.
• Team player, communicates effectively and collaborative.
