Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across third-party aggregator platforms such as food delivery apps, e-commerce marketplaces, travel platforms, or lead-generation aggregators. The role focuses on driving sales, visibility, promotions, and platform relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations on aggregator platforms

  • Coordinate promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns

  • Optimize product listings, menus, pricing, and content

  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics

  • Work closely with aggregator account managers for visibility opportunities

  • Analyze platform data and prepare performance reports

  • Ensure brand consistency across all aggregator channels

  • Coordinate with operations, creatives, and customer service teams

  • Handle platform issues, complaints, and escalation cases

  • Identify growth opportunities and competitor activities
