CCTV Operator/Logistics Personnel
ob Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have a degree in Information Technology or related field
At least a college graduate; preferably with a degree in Information Technology or any related course
With experience in CCTV monitoring, logistics monitoring, or similar role is an advantage
Computer literate with the ability to navigate monitoring systems, GPS tracking, and reporting tools
Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills
Able to work under pressure and handle real-time monitoring tasks efficiently
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Responsibilities:
Willing to work on a shifting schedule and extend hours when needed
Observe and review CCTV footage in real-time to ensure safety, compliance, and proper handling of fuel deliveries.
Track GPS locations of tanker trucks to verify delivery routes and timelines.
Coordinate with truck drivers and station personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
Document and report any suspicious activities, deviations, or operational concerns.
Maintain accurate logs and daily monitoring reports for auditing and review purposes.
Respond promptly to emergencies, delivery issues, or technical alerts from the CCTV and GPS systems.
Provide support to the logistics team during high-volume delivery hours or when faced with operational challenges.
Be available for additional shifts when the team is short-staffed or when an employee is unable to report to work.
