Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning tasks including: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
Clean and stock restrooms with necessary supplies.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the facility.
Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for events and appointments as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and clients.
Uphold the company's standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
