Job Description: One of our subsidiary companies, MACSOL CORPORATION is looking for a dedicated and experienced Welder to join our team, preferably with a background in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

·       Follow workplace safety procedures and welding regulations.

·       Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, arc, or gas welding machines.

·       Join metal parts according to specifications and safety standards.

·       Select appropriate welding methods and materials for each project.

·       Ensure wok areas remain clean and fire-safe.

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or vocational/technical training WITH TESDA NC II – Certification in Welding.

·       Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding

·       Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

·       Skilled in using welding tools, cutting torches, grinders, and measuring equipment

·       Understanding of metal properties, fabrication, and safety procedures

·       Strong attention to detail and precision.

·       Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
