About the role

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team in Cubao, Quezon City. As a Pioneer Account agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. This is a full-time role based in our modern office in the heart of Cubao, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

• Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively

• Providing product and service information to customers

• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department

• Actively listening to customers and documenting all interactions

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the BPO industry

• Basic computer and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
