Sr. Brand Manager (FMCG)
Job description:
The Sr. Brand Manager drives growth and profitability for assigned brands by creating strategic plans, managing marketing execution, and monitoring brand performance. The role oversees demand and sales forecasts, supports new product development, and ensures all initiatives align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develops strategic plans for the growth and profitability of assigned brands.
Creates and/or reviews brand plans with the Group Brand Manager to ensure alignment with objectives and business targets, financials, and production capability.
Creates and finalizes marketing/demand forecast for assigned brands, integrating analyses and evaluation of brand performance, including competitive landscape
Manages and evaluates the execution of marketing plans and brand performance of existing products and new SKU’s.
Participates in the development of the new product for the brand.
Prepares order forecast and sales forecast for the assigned brands.
Perform other assignments and projects as requested by the Immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
At least 3-4 years experience in FMCG, Retail or beauty industry
Exposure to working directly with customers and sales teams.
Strong people and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, logical, and strong sense of numbers
Budget management skills and proficiency
Strong leadership skill
Proficiency in MS officer applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
Ability to work in a fast paced, trend-based category
Comfortable with a hybrid work setup and willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
