Role Description
We are hiring a Receptionist for an upcoming Japanese restaurant brand located in Makati City. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing guest reception, reservations, and overall front-of-house coordination.
The role includes welcoming guests, managing waitlists and reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional first impression of the brand.
Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates
With or without prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a warm and professional demeanor
Presents a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Organized and attentive to detail, especially in handling reservations and guest flow
Willing to be trained and work in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work on-site in Makati City
