POOL ATTENDANT

About the role

Are you passionate about pool maintenance and eager to provide a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for our guests? Polystar Manpower Services' is seeking a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of our pool facilities, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction at our establishment.

What you'll be doing

1. Regularly monitor and maintain the pool water quality, pH levels, and chemical balance to ensure compliance with safety standards

2. Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, and brushing the pool surfaces

3. Inspect and report any issues or maintenance needs with pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heating systems

4. Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide guidance on proper pool etiquette and safety

5. Maintain accurate records of pool operations, chemical levels, and any incidents or accidents

6. Collaborate with the broader facilities team to ensure the overall cleanliness and functionality of the pool area

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Pool Attendant or in a similar pool maintenance role

2. Knowledge of pool water chemistry, treatment methods, and safety protocols

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address pool-related issues

4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

5. Certification in pool operations, lifeguarding, or a related field (preferred)

6. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks related to pool maintenance
