Accounting Assistant
Position Overview
The Accounting Assistant shall be responsible in preparing the financial reports and schedules for the following companies:
Alumina Mining Philippines Inc.
Bauxite Resources Inc.
Brightgreen Resources Corporation
Bright Kindle Resources & Investments Inc.
Prime Media Holdings Inc.
Brightstar Holdings and Development Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Updates the system with the Company’s relevant transactions
Prepares accounts payable voucher, check voucher, journal voucher, and etc.
Prepares the important Company and Government-mandated reports and other reportorial requirements such as;
a. Monthly bank reconciliation report for each bank account
b. Monthly summary of cash receipts, cash disbursements, and checks
c. Monthly compilation of bank statements and passbooks
d. Monthly lapsing and other schedules
e. BIR filing requirementsPrepares the financial reports such as the following:
a. Statement of Financial Position
b. Statement of Comprehensive Income
c. Statement of Change in Equity
d. Statement of Cash FlowsPerforms period-end closing procedures
Coordinate with external auditors during audit
Filings of all necessary documents
Performs other duties as may be assigned by his superior
