Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing candidates, managing hiring processes
Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, disciplinary actions, and improving morale and productivity.
Compliance & Policy: Updating employee handbooks, enforcing policies, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
HR Files: Managing employee data, files, and generating reports.
