Job Description
We are hiring a Philippines-based Finance Operations Specialist to support US companies with end-to-end Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Month-End Close processes. This role requires strong ERP experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based teams. Responsibilities include invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, reconciliations, and supporting process improvements.
Job Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Finance Operations
• Strong experience with major ERPs (SAP HANA, Oracle, JDE, AS400)
• Hands-on experience with AP automation tools (ECM, Readsoft, PIC, COUPA, ARIBA, Basware)
• Understanding of US accounting principles and familiarity with US/LATAM tax requirements
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency with MS Teams and SharePoint
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work US-aligned hours when needed
