Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives at our Cebu IT Park site.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their concerns in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, account updates, and other service-related requests

Qualifications:
