Requirements:
Updated CV

Lesson demo video

Strong English proficiency (C2 preferred)

TEFL/TESOL certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field

At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online preferred)

TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong classroom management, creativity, and patience

Confident English speaker with a warm, engaging teaching style

Required Teaching Setup:
Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score ≥ 3500

Peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headset

Internet: Wired 25 Mbps + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)

Power Backup: Minimum of 8 hours
