Quality Assurance Specialist (QMS)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have an advance knowledge on ISO 9001/22000, GMP, HACCP system
- Knows how to create Procedures, Work Instruction, Guidelines and Standards
- Has experience conducting Internal Quality Audits or any product or process audits
- Knows the concept of Corrective/Preventive Action Planning
- Has experience facilitating or leading a team or committee to do special project or quality improvement projects
Work Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System has been implemented as per plan. Will be in-charge of the effective implementation of the Document Control system of the Plant. And in charge of handling Customer Complaints and will ensure Corrective Action Plans are formulated and implemented on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Takes the lead of conducting regular review of the Procedures, Guidelines, Work Instructions and Forms within the scope of the Quality Management System and ensures these are updated, adequate and effectively implemented.
- Acts as Plant Document Controller and coordinates with the Document & Records Custodians in ensuring that all documents in circulation are current and all obsolete documents are retrieved
- Takes the lead in monitoring the status of all Corrective Action and Preventive Action plans generated in the Plant. He/She will do verification of the effectiveness of the action plans in coordination with the Audit Team Leader.
- Handles Customer Complaints and facilitates its fast resolution and ensures investigation reports and Corrective Action Plans are created and submitted on the agreed time
