Sales Administrator (Netsuite Exp Required) - Fixed Term, WFH Setup
Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage order processing, e-commerce operations, and inventory while supporting sales and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage wholesale and e-commerce orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Set up new accounts in NetSuite and support EDI order management.
- Manage faulty/incorrect shipments and return authorizations.
- Ensure smooth e-commerce order flow and resolve warehouse issues.
- Maintain stock updates and process sample/donation orders.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration and customer service.
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
- NetSuite is REQUIRED
- Experience with SPS Commerce & NuOrder is a plus.
- Prior experience with 3PL warehouses & logistics is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
