Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4-5 years extensive experience in Customer Service (Business Process Outsourcing)/ Shared Services
- At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
- Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products

Presource
- Is the kitting division of Cardinal Health.
- Kits provide efficiencies to our customers; they are able to pull a kit that includes everything needed for a procedure vs pulling individual components off the shelf.
- Kits maybe used in or outside of the operating room depending on the type of kit that is being built.
Presource Sales Operations:
- Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request. This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack.
- Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital)
- Focus on best cost, high volume components.
- Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
- Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
- Working with cross-functional teams.
- Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted
Additional Job Descriptions
Work with Sales Representatives to build and organize medical kits and supplies for hospital
- Receive lists of medical supplies from sales representative which we need to organize before offering to the hospital.
- Review materials, pricing and kit information if it complies with FDA regulation to ensure that there are no discrepancies.
- Coordinate with different departments for discrepancy/ies in the Pricing or in the kit information
- File complaints from the customer/hospitals
- Ensure that the pricing of the Kit is within regulatory guidelines
- Ensure that all kit information and items added are precise
