Finance Specialist (Billing - R2R)

This role is an important support for the finance function. You will work closely with the local team manager, responsible for efficiently and accurately processing the revenue related costs or cost of sales related transactions, calculate, and analyze settlements with gaming suppliers and assist in any financial statutory requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Handle and analyze business agreements and contracts from a financial and accounting perspective and accordingly calculate the company costs.
• Create and distribute statement of accounts or reports to validate the details on the revenue related cost partner (suppliers or affiliates) details.
• Reconcile and handle settlements to the respective revenue related partners (suppliers or affiliates).
• Manage the quarterly/monthly close flow related to revenue related cost and/or billing, including analytical review and other reports.
• Collaborate closely with other functional teams to improve business and system processes and reporting outputs.
• Support financial and accounting consulting to the business divisions and contribute to any revenue related cost forecast procedures.
• Support in the requirements for the financial statements by provisioning and accounting within the respective domains, including journal entries and posting.

Who we are looking for:

• Graduate of any accounting scores
• Studying toward CPA or global equivalent (ACCA)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Shared Service Centre or global finance department
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and record keeping.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and reconciliation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet established reconciliation deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple reconciliation-related tasks concurrently.
