Azure Cloud Administrator

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize Azure cloud resources (VMs, storage, networking, databases, M365 services).
  • Proactively identify and resolve cloud performance issues.
  • Support and troubleshoot Azure hosting environments and technical support cases.
  • Conduct cost analysis to optimize Azure resource utilization.
  • Design and enhance cloud architectures for business expansion.
  • Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation (technical guides, incident logs, SOPs).
  • Manage user access and permissions per security policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate cloud technologies.
  • Expertise in Azure Monitor, patch management, and Windows administration.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers.
  • Experience with storage systems, backup solutions, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
  • Multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Accurately log time and complete tasks professionally.
  • Provide on-call support, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex system issues.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Azure Administrator
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator (required).
  • Additional certifications (Database Administrator, Identity & Access Administrator) are a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience with servers, Microsoft SQL, Azure, and networking.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server (2008-2022), SQL Server (2008-2019), and scripting (SQL, PowerShell).
  • Experience with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure).
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work independently or in a team.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, ConnectWise, Jira).
