Data Center Channel Specialist

We are seeking a Data Center Channel Specialist to strengthen our partnerships and drive growth within the Conglomerate and Energy industries in the Philippines. This role will focus on partner planning, channel sales, and partner enablement, ensuring the successful execution of joint strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Insight & Planning

  • Develop a deep understanding of Conglomerate and Energy industry customers and key solutions in the Philippines.
  • Gain comprehensive insight into the partner ecosystem within the target industries.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process, setting performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones to ensure long-term success.
  • Drive the adoption of company programs among assigned partners while managing potential conflicts with other sales channels through clear communication and adherence to engagement rules.

Channel Sales and Partner Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Energy and Conglomerate industries, along with channel sales targets for Named Channel (assigned partners) and Non-Named Account (commercial customers).
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with key personnel in core and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate internal resources, including support, service, and management teams, to meet partner objectives and enhance partner experience.
  • Lead joint initiatives with assigned Named Channel partners, including:
    • Joint Account Planning
    • Joint Marketing Campaigns
    • Joint Workshops
    • Joint Proof of Concept (POC) Development
    • Joint Customer Engagement Strategies

Partner Operations

  • Manage sales through partner organizations, ensuring seamless coordination between company and partner sales teams.
  • Drive joint marketing activities to expand reach and engagement with Named and Non-Named Account customers.
  • Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
  • Analyze business performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Oversee policy design, execution, and monitoring to optimize partner collaboration and sales processes.

Partner Enablement

  • Lead partner capability initiatives, including certification management, enablement strategies, and target setting.
  • Organize training programs for partners, coordinating with relevant departments to enhance partner expertise and certification.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Channel Manager in the Philippines.
✔ Strong ability to understand partner businesses and industry insights.
✔ Expertise in partner business strategy, ecosystem development, and sales planning.
✔ Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills for long-term partner growth.
✔ Highly proficient in Chinese and English (preferred).
