Recruitment Specialist
Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Recruitment Specialist role.
About the Role: As an Recruitment Specialist, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Candidate Management
- Ensure process compliance and alignment across all processes
- SME of Processes
- Determine and ensure resolution of any processing and quality challenges and gaps
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of Experience in End-to-End Hiring Fulfillment
- Experience from Consulting Companies (Preferred)
- Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
