Job Description
- Support all commercial tasks in the areas of sales, project and cost center.
- Responsible for the commercial planning of projects in various tools.
- Support controlling on project, program and cost center level and monitor project budgets, check incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices.
- Support the preparation of offers, documentation, preparation and follow-up of customer meetings.
- Act as contact person for freelancers and service providers for questions regarding invoices, orders and budgets before and during the entire project.
- Support in marketing activities such as social media posts and reach-out to potential partner through emails, Linkedin, …
- Support the global team in various day-to-day tasks
- Create reimbursement claims for travel expenses
Qualifications
Personality and work style: independent, analytical way of thinking, high self-motivation, responsible, structured, careful and determined as well as team player and enjoy learning new things
Experience and Know-How: several years of experience in the commercial field, especially in controlling, project planning and monitoring or inside sales
Education: University degree
Languages: Very good English skills
