About the role

We are seeking a talented Compliance Management Analyst to join our team at ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. in Makati, Metro Manila. This full-time, remote-friendly role will require work during the graveyard shift, providing an excellent opportunity for those who prefer non-traditional work hours.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and analyzing compliance-related data to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Identifying and addressing potential compliance risks, and recommending corrective actions
  • Conducting audits and investigations to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance programs
  • Providing regular compliance reporting and updates to management
  • Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of compliance training programs

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in the call center or customer service industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of relevant compliance management tools
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
