What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client’s advertisers, publishers and/or users
- Analyze quality and effectiveness of ad accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms
- Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations
- Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers, and product team members on new feature development
- Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices
- Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion
Who are we looking for?
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- With at least 2 years of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound/B2B) in the BPO industry
- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills
- Account management experience is a plus
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work BGC, Taguig City
