Sharepoint/Power Automate/PowerApps Developer
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support for production-related application incidents, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with vendors as needed.
- Proactively minimize application incidents by investigating, analyzing, and implementing corrective measures.
- Respond to operational requests within agreed-upon turnaround times (TATs).
- Contribute technical expertise to address application maintenance requirements.
- Provide technical input for key initiatives aimed at improving application stability, customer experience, and business unit operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents as required.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to company programming standards.
- Conduct unit testing, document test results, and prepare unit test sign-off forms. Review the work of other programmers or vendors as assigned.
- Provide technical support and resolve errors during systems testing, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare applications for implementation in test and production environments, ensuring compliance with change control standards.
- Contribute technical input for proposed service catalog items, develop automation solutions, create procedures, and monitor implementation.
- Collaborate with other IT delivery teams to plan and execute service transition activities.
- Maintain the application section of the Technical Recovery Procedure for supported applications.
- Provide training and technical guidance to other Programmer Analysts as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and Power Apps development.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions (e.g., workflows, custom lists, etc.).
- Solid understanding of Power Apps development, including canvas and model-driven apps.
- Experience with some specific technologies used, e.g., Power Automate, Azure, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
