Qualifications
- SHS Graduate or 2-year undergraduate with no back subjects.
- 3 years minimum people management experience.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in Healthcare Patient Billing / Healthcare Account Receivable / Healthcare RCM is required.
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig
- Open to work in night shift (GY)
Job Description
• Responsible for day-to-day Operations management.
• Work closely with the Natera team to direct the organization of work within the team including staffing, scheduling and vacations
• Track team's progress and work with each individual team member to coach, mentor and drive improvements
• Ensure compliance to audit obligations as applicable for the engagement
• Track, monitor, reviews and reports KPIs to ensure compliance
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders to enable improvements
• Lead all training initiatives from inception of engagement continuing to Business as Usual (BAU)
• Always maintain open channel of communication with Cognizant and Client leadership
• Comply with all data protection and privacy laws, rules and regulations applicable to Cognizant’s performance obligations under the Agreement and/or a SOW, including without limitation HIPAA.
• Conducts performance appraisals for the team
• Heads team communication and focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa
