As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the executives, ensuring seamless operations through exceptional planning, organization, and communication. From managing complex schedules to coordinating high-stakes meetings, your role is pivotal in driving efficiency and success.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day Shift, Weekends Off
Work Setup: Permanent Work-From-Home (Pampanga-based)
Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Prior experience supporting Australian executives is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in effective planning, coordination, and scheduling.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Proven capacity to collaborate with personnel at various levels within the organization.
Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain and manage the executives’ diaries and schedules.
- Receive, screen, and prioritize communications, including calls and emails, determining those requiring immediate attention.
- Research and respond to communications promptly and appropriately.
- Build, lead, organize, and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, notify attendees, and oversee meeting setup.
- Prepare agendas, conduct research for meetings, and take accurate minutes.
- Manage invoicing processes with precision.
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodations.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports as requested.
