Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting records and associated documents for individual cases.
  • Sending records requests and authorization to the medical facilities.
  • Set Up notary service to the medical facilities if needed.
  • Make great relationships with locations
  • Keep Job Notes (universal location notes) updated
  • Request verifications and cases kept in good order throughout processing

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; college courses a plus
  • With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service in a BPO setting.
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Computer and data entry skills including Word, Excel, Internet
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Written communication: proper writing and grammar skills a must (letters, memos, sentence structure)
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, oral and written
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed Strong work ethics
  • Introductory analytical, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Multi-tasking skills essential
  • Willing to work onsite (Dumaguete) and can start immediately.
