Records Retrieval Specialist | Pioneer Account | Dumaguete (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting records and associated documents for individual cases.
- Sending records requests and authorization to the medical facilities.
- Set Up notary service to the medical facilities if needed.
- Make great relationships with locations
- Keep Job Notes (universal location notes) updated
- Request verifications and cases kept in good order throughout processing
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; college courses a plus
- With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service in a BPO setting.
- Has good analytical skills
- Computer and data entry skills including Word, Excel, Internet
- Professional phone etiquette
- Written communication: proper writing and grammar skills a must (letters, memos, sentence structure)
- Excellent telephone communication skills, oral and written
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed Strong work ethics
- Introductory analytical, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking skills essential
- Willing to work onsite (Dumaguete) and can start immediately.
