What is your mission?
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations. This role involves providing insights and analysis to drive effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will focus on evaluating financial data, updating existing financial models, and analyzing real estate metrics to ensure our portfolio aligns with our business objectives. We're seeking someone with a solid foundation in finance and real estate fundamentals, who is highly detail-oriented and skilled in Excel-based financial modeling.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Analyze financial performance indicators (NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, LTV) and produce insights to support strategic real estate investments.
- Regularly update and modify financial models for various properties, incorporating sensitivity analyses to reflect market conditions and risk factors.
- Organize and interpret financial data related to fixed assets, maintaining accuracy and alignment with accounting standards.
- Prepare and present reports on key financial metrics, providing clear and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Collaborate with teams across finance and real estate functions to enhance model accuracy and improve analytical methods.
- Conduct periodic asset performance evaluations to support long-term financial planning.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of finance and real estate metrics, including key concepts such as Capital Stack, Net Operating Income (NOI), Capitalization Rate (Cap Rate), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), and Loan-to-Value (LTV).
- Proficiency in Excel, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and conducting sensitivity analyses.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
