Accounting Officer of Finance Shared Services will support management on the daily accounting operation within the business by monitoring the accuracy and timely submission of the accounting and financial statements and other reports and providing quality service to the entire organization within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances, and the labor laws and code of the country.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions according to the standard process.
  • Identify noted and potential issues on assigned accounts, support process improvements and ensure follow-through on issues.
  • Comply with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers according to a structured process.
  • Respond timely to prompt requests from internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of significant work experience in General Accounting.
  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in any accounting-related course is preferred.
  • Adept in the use of MS Office applications. 
  • Knowledgeable in any accounting software.
  • Proficient in the performance of account reconciliations.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Quick learner and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative but work under instruction as required.
  • Methodical and organized.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
