Workplace Service Delivery Analyst
About the Role: As a Workplace Service Delivery Analyst, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Point of contact in providing consultative guidance to different Workplace functional teams regarding audit and certifications. He / She has a client facing role and acts as liaison for WP audits and other certification concerns.
- Monitor metrics and action plans from different functional teams.
- Audit Workplace functional groups and contractors in adherence to documented processes and system requirements.
- Assists various functional groups in identifying problem areas and coming up with mutually agreeable solutions
- Analysis and documentation of business processes, people, technology as required by certification bodies
- Review of current Workplace processes and their impact to certifications
- In certain cases, act as point of contact for Workplace in certification activities which may include Information security (ISO27001), Environment (ISO14001:2004), Business continuity (ISO22301), SSAE16, PCMM, other client related audits and government inspection.
- In certain cases act as system administrator for Workplace SharePoint site and Intelligent Compliance Platform.
- Provide guidance in preparation of a client audit to Workplace functional teams.
- Serves as a point of contact on gathering client audit requirements
- Serves as the Workplace point of contact of project on certification and client audits.
- Gather responses of SME’s per Workplace function based on the agreed SLA.
- Analyze audit statistics and provide recommendation
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 years course)
- 2- 3- years’ experience in Auditing, Compliance
- Exposure in ISMS and or have relevant certifications like ISO 140001, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO 22301 Certification
- Reporting, Excel & Communication skills
- Stakeholder Management (Will deal with folks internal and externals)
Internal:
Need to have compliance background and maybe included on nearest promotion cycle.

- Familiarity in Workplace Operations
- ISO Certifications
- PMO
