Payroll Consultant – (Workday ADP integration)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Consultant with expertise in integrating payroll systems, particularly Workday and ADP, to support our payroll processing and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, a customer-service mindset, and a proven ability to manage high-pressure projects while maintaining a focus on delivering timely and accurate payroll solutions.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between payroll systems and contribute to the smooth operation of payroll functions across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday/ADP Integration:
- Assist in the design, creation, and testing of Workday to ADP integration files for payroll processing.
- Manage the local payroll integration project, ensuring a timely Go-Live of new integration files.
- Liaise between internal teams (such as HR) and ADP to ensure proper execution of integration files.
- Create training materials and user guides for new payroll processes and integrations.
Payroll and Accounts Support:
- Support the monthly payroll process, including data uploads for joiners, leavers, and other employment changes.
- Process and reconcile flexible benefits, including global expatriate payroll.
- Manage employee personal disbursement accounts.
- Assist in the reconciliation of payroll control accounts.
Project Support & Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Participate in payroll-related projects and provide expertise on integration, system updates, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing and integrations.
- Bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and apply a logical approach to problem-solving
