    The good thingsThere are sports games scheduled on Sundays from time to time. Your colleagues can become your best friends or your worst enemies.
    The challengesCommunicating with some of the bosses will be a challenge since they aren't all good at speaking English or the local dialect.

    Don't trust the recruitment of this company.
    The good thingsThey offer you a good salary and request to urgently resign from your existing company. After you comply with all the requirements they just pending your application. They will just destroy plans and ruin everything.

    They recall your end of contract whenever they want to with no proper evaluation.
    The good thingsThey are generous with referrals
    The challengesFixed Overtime and makes you work even during the holidays. Mind you as per DOLE fixed overtime is only for regular days.
