    Great exposure in recruitment
    The good thingsIt is a great platform for individuals who wanted to pursue their career in recruitment. It will open up a wide range of network for you. Working in this company would provide you great industry exposure. If you are motivated by numbers and KPIs this is a company you should work for. There is enough employee engagement and yearly activities.
    The challengesDocument processing is below average. There's hardly no work-life balance. Improvement of employee management would be great. Colleagues/Peers/Management evaluation should also be something that exists.

    The good thingsDiverse group of individuals, conducive environment for innovation and creativity, a tight knit group of talented, driven, and passionate millennials. Fitting in will never be an issue.
    The challengesSourcing will always be a struggle but once you get a hang of things, you'll find the groove that works for you.

    The good thingsPart of Gilbert Camasura's team in ZMG. I learned a lot about recruitment and how to handle clients professionally. I experienced how to handle key accounts and gain a sense of urgency in my tasks. I was even given the opportunity to lead a team of Recruiters. I was able to be a top recruiter of the team for the year 2013.
    The challengesChallenge regarding work isn't that much. You just need to be fast in looking for the right people to close the accounts in hand. Challenge would be the benefits for its employees since the HMO only covers the employee.
