    The good thingsThe company's employee benefits are good and on standard. Broad field of specialization to experience with.
    The challengesThe working environment is very bad and much pressure from the boss up to the officers. Even HR department give too much an ideal hate to the employees. But the good thing is you'd be learn very well and gain very good experienced from your specific field of specialization.

    The good thingsYou'll really learn a lot especially in Marketing. You'll be able to test your knowledge, skills, and capabilities as a Marketing Professional. We also have a very good working environment and you'll treat each other as a family.
    The challengesHowever, salary is not that satisfying. Even the benefits offered. Our salary in minimum only (knowing we're a degree holder). Some may say that salary shouldn't always matter but for me, but that what's feeding your family. At some point, you really need to get what you really deserve. Upon regularization, you cannot get your VL/SL and there's no salary adjustment. You need to render another 6 mos for the VL/SL.

    Almost but never mind.
    The good thingsI love the thing that i do, some of my coworkers are very nice and always help me with the other things i need to learn.many rules that asked you to follow but the management itself don't follow it. my job keeps me busy i like it because i don't like having a blank time.
    The challengesthe job description is good it's just that the management doesn't accept failures even for starters. and the never ending gossip and lazy attitude of some.and if only the management id good with people and good examples and if my job there is upgrading and values me then ,maybe i accept the extension of my contract.
