    Micromanagers Who Care
    The good thingsDepending on who you get close with, employee relations can be either too friendly or too uncomfortable. Friendly because most can treat you like family and that's what I miss most.
    The challengesAs explained above, some in management can be micromanagers or distrustful. Employee age gaps are common as some have been around for decades, enough to pose a challenge when integrating new tech or younger employees.
