    I had an amazing OJT in Zenith Foods Corporation, the people, the environment, the work place, the QA department everything. truely a great company to work with.
    The good thingsthe people, they are all very approachable and very friendly, they will always call you ma'am/ sir even though you are just an OJT. they treated me like i am already working for their company. they have free shuttle service which is very helpful. their working time is very awesome you are only required to work 8 hours/ day. the management, the HR department is very approachable
    The challengesthere's nothing really negative about zfc. as an OJT in their company they taught me all the things i should know when i work in the industry. i can say that i am more confident as a Food Technologist because they help me be one.

Managers acknowledge efforts exerted by each employee and recognizes every contributions made by the employee for the good of the company. Management sees the importance of a balance working condition of its employees and exerts its efforts in achieving its mission and vision.
    The challengesSince the company is quite big in terms of its operations and management, room for improvements and innovations are oftentimes disregarded. The company should start thinking for innovations and start bench marking for the best manufacturing and logistics practices.
