    Advantage in learning new things especially to those newly graduate people.
    The good thingsIt was a wonderful fun and knowledgeable journey for me. The lerning I had while working with the company and the people around me were such a huge advantage for me that I know I can use in adavancing and improving my career in the outside world of Zenco. Newly grad who are seeking for job opportunity, I encourage you to apply in this company especially in General Accounting department where you can learn a lot of things. The salary there was good and there are loan assistance to those who will be regular employees.
    The challengesCompany uniform. I longed to have this because I want to feel being a \"truly\" employed individual. Well, its just my opinion. The office station. Well, because our department looks like a storage room because of those paper documents that are not placed in proper area. There are just too much papers in the surrounding that are quiet distracting.

    The good thingsTHE COMPANY GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BETTER MYSELF, TO DEVELOP MY PERSONALITY AND MY ABILITIES AS A PERSON AND AN EMPLOYEE. THROUGH THE SELFLESS EFFORTS OF MY MENTORS, I CAME TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF \"DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\". THE COMPANY GAVE ME HOPE THAT IF A PERSON WORKED HARD AND PERSEVERE, YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH GREAT MANY THINGS.
    The challengesTHE MOST DIFFICULT IS ADJUSTMENT TO THE DIFFERENT ATTITUDES AND PERSONALITIES OF OUR CUSTOMERS, BOSSES AND CO-EMPLOYEES. I REALIZED THAT UNDERSTANDING AND COMMUNICATING TO OTHER PEOPLE IS MUCH EASIER SAID THAN DONE. IT TAKES TIME, EFFORT AND A GREAT AMOUNT OF PATIENCE. THE OTHER DIFFICULT THING IS MEETING SALES TARGETS AND QUOTAS. YOU HAVE WORK REALLY, REALLY HARD TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.
