    Work and earn but no career growth
    The good thingsFlexible schedule, not strict but strict with attendance, free meal,have allowance and incentive, company dinner. Good and generous bosses, friendly workmates
    The challengesYou only have 10 leave for 1 year and sometimes you want to use the leave but the management will not approve especially if have holidays. Poor management. Management decision is always changing.The HR didn't know the job well. need to use stairs when the elevator is not working most of the time
