Working with the people who's very supportive and easy to dealt with is a great experience.
The good thingsI enjoyed the trainings and product testings. The coordinators are very supportive to give us informations that will help us in selling the products.
The challengesI did not enjoy in this job is the contract somehow depends on the contract given by the malls/stores.

The good thingsAs long as you know your job, you're good.
The challengesYou can't expect the Manager to assist you or teach you what to do. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!

    The opportunity opener
The good thingsMy experiences handling all their marketing efforts for the brands I handled trained me well. I was able to meet tons of people from different industries:- agencies, suppliers, media, DJs, etc. They gave me the opportunity to grow on my own, with minimal supervision. The people I worked closely with were very hardworking and we had a good 3+ years together before I was offered a new opportunity.
The challengesWorking on a defined office schedule. I handled events (most times, by myself), and these take up most of my evenings:- after mall setup until 10AM the following morning, evening events that last until 5am; then I had to clock-in at 8:45AM else, I'll be marked late (which I always was) and suspended as a sanction (the suspension was removed because of my case, not sure now though).
