    Good place to work
    The good thingsThe people working there are very nice. There is a good working environment. The workload is just adequate. Stress levels can be maintained. The working hours are very convenient since it is fixed. Regular employees have good benefits.
    The challengesBasic pay is too low. Job order workers cannot enjoy benefits and perks of regular employees.
