    The good thingsthey are all kind to me & they teach in all process so i can say even im not college degree i can read & understand drawings.Before i cannot handle people & stress but in these company they teach me how to become a good leader ,all i can say i learn a lot.
    The challengesWell first lack of benefits ex.health card you can have but you will pay for it..provide time to know what other employee needs.let say some other time they only know are in highest position,maybe operators not there priority.
