    The good thingsZALORA will help you grow on your own. They will give tasks that you're not familiar for you to expand your leanings alone with minimal supervision, they build trust to their employees.

    Great company to work for!
    The good thingsThe people, the working environment and culture are great! There's also work-life balance which is a plus. If you're looking for a dynamic and fast-paced type of working environment then this is for you.
    The challengesIt will be difficult if one is not adaptable to changes and not open to learning. Since the company has a fast-paced environment, one must be open to experiencing and handling multiple deliverables or projects at the same time.

    The challengesAt the start, there were not many standards in place but that was basically why I was hired to set-up and continuously improve the existing standards.

    The good thingsWork environment is perfect. Employees treat each other as brothers & sisters. CEO of the company is open to ideas of each employees that they can use for the company success.
