    Good for temporary, bad for long term.
    The good thingsFlexible working hours
    The challengesThey will hire you as project based employee and will regularize you "based on company discretion" some people resigns because it tooks several years before you are being regularized. Project based- bare minimum mandated PH law, no incentives no managers. Play safe manager in Piping.

    Great environment and will improve your skills.
    The good thingsPeople are friendly and was able to adjust easily. CSA department manager is supportive, keeps people motivated and very open to opinions and suggestions as I was also able to learn new things. I enjoyed my stay as most are always happy.
    The challengesThe projects are very detailed and has a very high quality checking before construction. US Engineer counterpart are articulate also on construction issues aside from engineering design. Aside from design engineering, one must also be able to manage manhour budget and the short target deadline.

    A company with a nice working environment where in you can level up your skills.
    The good thingsCompared with the companies that I have been to, I can say Zachry is one of the best in terms of working environment. It has flexible working hours. Managers /Seniors are approachable.
    The challengesGetting a regular position and promotion is difficult.

    The good thingsWork-life balance, flexitime, great colleagues, employee appreciation lunch, good working environment
    The challengesTerrible boss in Mr. Nice Guy's clothing. It's always his way or the highway. Seems friendly but tends to lash out if someone disagrees with his opinion or instruction. Too sensitive with criticism. Disorganized.

    The good thingsAmbitech is really an employee-centered company. They are concerned about the career growth of the employees. They also do free in-house and external training. Ambitech also has a monthly appreciation of employees. Cool management and great co-workers.
    The challengesWe just have bought by a large US company - Zachry. We had transitioned in 2017 until 2018 but now we are stable and ready to rock the international market.

    The challengesCompany will be relocated soon at BGC. I think it should be wise not to transfer office since Ortigas is much accessible for employees.
