    A good training ground
    The good thingsI learned a lot from this company. Experience-wise, this company will give you a bunch of nice ones. What I know about HR practices, I learned it from here. And more than anything else, people there (if they're still there) are like family. Benefits here are also cool! 'Never had any great benefits after this one.
    The challengesAll organizations has face challenges. In this company maybe the challenge is more on promotion system. Just that I believe.
