Good Management, friendly staff and good working ambiance
The good thingsChallenging and tiring yet I'm enjoying, specially on the knowledge and learning i gained.
The challengesIn every company there is always a challenge, it's only up to you on how to handle it, somehow i managed it because of determination and hunger to learn. However it could at least be better if they declare retrenchment/downsizing instead of ending our contract because of pandemic.

    Fast Hiring Process
The good thingsI applied for a management trainee position, after taking the exam and initial interview, I was immediately scheduled after 2 days for final interview. I was one of the lucky applicants who was chosen for the position. The interviewers are nice and you will not feel the pressure. They give the applicants a chance to showcase and express themselves with honesty and without feeling tense. Thank you for choosing and believing in me. I will do my very best to become an effective manager soon.
The challengesYou really have to know how to handle stress and working under pressure. It’s a culture shock if you are not used to a fast pacing kind of setup. But it’s managable.
