Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

I do not want to come back

The good thingsThe employees are good and kind. Teamwork is their best trait and everyone is trainable.

The challengesManagement is very irresponsible. They do not care about the welfare of their employees. They treat everyone as if they are robots and you will not feel valued.
