    Boiler and Utilities Technician

1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
I have a strong work experience when it comes to monitoring, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of boiler and other utilities such as generators, pumps, air dryers, etc.
The good thingsI was able to meet good mentors, I have learned and discovered new knowledge that helped me in my personal and professional growth. With this company, I have gained not only experiences but also a family.
The challengesBeing a part of this company as my first working experience is a great opportunity, however, as a fresh graduate of Mechanical Engineering, I am mostly exposed with technical/theoretical information and applying it on actual situations for the first time is the most challenging part, also the shifting schedule and troubleshooting of S-Rank Machines during normal operation, fortunately I was able to overcome this with the help and guidance of my supervisors.

Safety is their number one priority
The good thingsAs their former intern student, they accommodated us with full attention. They helped us learn more on our field we specializes on.
The challengesEveryday we have troubles that need immediate attention to prevent further production loss of the company which were most of them are solved on time by working together.

The good thingsI really enjoy working in YTPI because I love my job. As an Environmental Management Section Manager I'll nurture my co employee and others to do they share and care for the Environment.I believe that creating an awareness among individuals will help us in restoring the Environment. We also do some Corporate Social Responsibilty where in we donate trashbins and sharing of our best practices.
The challengesThe best thing is we share and care by simply creating an awareness and spread good example to take care for the Environment cause we care for our childrens and for the future.

A Review for my Past company YTPI
The good thingsFacilities were great. Staff and Colleagues were friendly and approachable especially the management. There were a lot of benefits for us employees (i.e. rice incentives, perfect attendance, family and company outings, seminars and team buildings and other bonuses). The company, since it is a Japanese owned and managed, the environment and workplace is generally clean. Its my favorite company.
The challengesI did not see nor experience anything negative during my stays with the company.
