Provides work/life balance that motivates employees to be their best.
The good thingsSo far, as a newly hired YOFC employee, based on my experience, employees are kind, they work and strive hard to go to the office even though there is a COVID-19 pandemic nowadays, the ambiance/environment of the office is relaxing which reduces stress. Also they provide good career growth to the employees.
The challengesThe office is a little bit far from my home but I'm planning to move near the office for less hassle.
